Today, we’re diving into one of the most intense topics in the Bible The Great Tribulation.
The Great Tribulation refers to a future period of unprecedented suffering and distress that will come upon the world before the return of Jesus Christ. Jesus Himself described it in Matthew 24:21 , saying, “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.”
It will be a time when evil seems to rise unchecked wars, persecution, deception, and natural disasters all marking a final confrontation between good and evil. The Antichrist will emerge, deceiving many, and demanding worship. Yet even in this chaos, God’s purpose remains clear: to refine faith, bring judgment on sin, and prepare the world for Christ’s kingdom.
But there’s hope God’s people are not forgotten. Revelation 7 speaks of a great multitude who come out of the tribulation, clothed in white robes, purified through faith in the Lamb.
